Clinical effect of glimepiride tablets combined with Sitagliptin phosphate tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients in community
格列美脲片联合磷酸西格列汀片治疗社区2型糖尿病患者的临床效果观察研究

摘要

目的 探究社区2型糖尿病患者格列美脲片联合磷酸西格列汀片治疗的临床效果。方法 研究样本由上海市金山区亭林镇社区卫生服务中心提供，共计100例社区2型糖尿病患者，就诊时间2022年1月~2023年10月。数字表法分组，分2组，50例/组。对照组予以磷酸西格列汀片治疗，观察组则联用格列美脲片治疗。比较两组治疗效果、用药不良反应率以及治疗前后血糖、血脂、胰岛功能水平。结果 治疗效果中：观察组有效率较对照组高（P<0.05）。不良反应中：观察组用药发生率与对照组比较（P>0.05）。观察组治疗后FPG、2 h PG、HbAlc、TC、TG、LDL-C、FINS、HOMA-IR水平较对照组低，HOMA-β水平较对照组高（P<0.05）。结论 社区2型糖尿病治疗中，格列美脲片联合磷酸西格列汀片效果良好，可改善患者血糖、血脂水平，促进胰岛功能恢复，控制病情，且用药安全性高，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of glimepiride tablets combined with sitagliptin tablets in community patients with type 2 diabetes.
Methods The study sample was provided by the Community Health Service Center of Tinglin Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai. A total of 100 community type 2 diabetes patients were treated from January 2022 to October 2023. Number table method of group, divided into 2 groups, 50 cases / group. The control group was treated with sitagliptin phosphate tablets, and the observation group was treated with glimepiride tablets. The treatment effect, drug adverse reaction rate and blood glucose, lipid and islet function levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.
Results In the treatment effects: the observation group was more effective than the control group (P <0.05). Adverse reactions: the incidence of medication in the observed group was compared with the control group (P> 0.05). In the observation group, FPG, 2 hPG, HbAlc, TC, TG, LDL-C, FINS, and HOMA-IR levels were lower and HOMA- β levels were higher than the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment of community type 2 diabetes, glimepiride tablets and sitagliptin phosphate tablets have good results, which can improve the blood glucose and lipid level, promote the recovery of islet function, control the disease, and the drug safety is high, which is worthy of promotion.
