Evaluation of the effect of community integrated management in promoting rehabilitation of community mental patients
医院社区一体化管理促进社区精神病人康复的效果评价

摘要

目的 社区医院本次针对精神病患者在康复管理中,实行医院社区一体化管理模式对其进行干预，对其影响作用进行分析讨论。方法 以抽样的方式从2021年2月份至2022年2月份我们社区内的精神病患者中抽取70例作为本次研究对象，根据单双数的方式分为两组，使用常规治疗和康复管理模式的35例患者取名为参照组,实行医院社区一体化管理模式的35例患者取名为研讨组，对两组精神病患者管理前后的疾病严重程度、社会功能恢复情况和管理前后的生活质量进行比对分析。结果 研讨组患者的疾病严重程度实行医院社区一体化管理模式后得到了有效的改善，同时患者的社会功能恢复情况以及生活质量得到了有效的提高，两组之间的管理效果差距较大P＜0.05有研究价值。结论 通过对精神病患者在管理中实行医院社区一体化管理模式对其进行干预，患者的疾病严重程度得到了显著的改善，同时患者的社会功能恢复情况以及生活质量得到了有效的提高，值得运用。

Abstract

Objective Community hospital for mental patients in the rehabilitation management, the implementation of the hospital community integrated management mode to intervene, to analyze and discuss its impact.
Methods 70 patients with mental illness in our community from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects by sampling method. They were divided into two groups according to the odd-even number method. 35 patients with conventional treatment and rehabilitation management mode were named as the reference group, and 35 patients with integrated hospital community management mode were named as the research group. The severity of illness, the recovery of social function and the quality of life before and after management of the two groups of psychiatric patients were compared and analyzed.
Results The severity of disease in the study group was effectively improved after the implementation of hospital community integrated management mode, and the recovery of social function and quality of life of patients were effectively improved, and the management effect difference between the two groups was large P < 0.05, which is of research value.
Conclusion   Through the intervention of the hospital community integrated management mode in the management of mental patients, the severity of the patient's disease has been significantly improved, and the recovery of the patient's social function and quality of life have been effectively improved, which is worth using.
