Positive influence of comprehensive nursing on cerebral hemorrhage in elderly hypertensive patients
综合护理对老年高血压患者脑出血的积极影响

摘要

目的 评价综合护理对老年高血压患者脑出血的积极影响。方法 选择2022年2月到2023年2月的老年高血压脑出血患者62例，抽签分成实验组（31：综合护理）与对照组（31：常规护理），分析护理效果、并发症发生率、再出血率、生活质量评分。结果 实验组的护理效果、生活质量评分高于对照组，P＜0.05。对照组的并发症发生率、再出血率高于实验组，P＜0.05。结论 老年高血压脑出血患者护理的过程中，合理进行综合护理有助于降低并发症的发生率，通过语音训练、口腔肌肉锻炼等方法，帮助患者恢复正常的语言能力，提高沟通能力和生活质量，同时复护理还可以通过床位转换、体位翻身、被动运动等方法，预防脑出血后可能出现的并发症，如肌肉萎缩、关节僵硬等，提高护理效果，具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the positive effect of comprehensive nursing on cerebral hemorrhage in elderly patients with hypertension.
Methods 62 elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group (31: comprehensive nursing) and control group (31: routine nursing), and the nursing effect, complication rate, rebleeding rate and quality of life score were analyzed.
Results The nursing effect and quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications and rebleeding in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing process of elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, reasonable comprehensive nursing is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications. Through voice training, oral muscle exercise and other methods, patients can recover their normal language ability, improve their communication ability and quality of life. At the same time, re-nursing can also prevent possible complications after cerebral hemorrhage, such as muscle atrophy and joint stiffness, and improve the nursing effect, which is worth popularizing.
