摘要

目的 探讨无创呼吸机辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法 选取本院2021年1月~2023年1月期间治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者80例,按乱数表法进行分组,每组各40例。为对照组患者予以常规药物治疗,观察组患者予以无创呼吸机辅助治疗,就相应治疗效果进行比对。结果 观察组患者的治愈率优于对照组患者,且观察组患者的不良反应发生率及机械通气时间、住院时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后PaCO2低于对照组低,治疗后PaO2高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 无创呼吸机辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的应用效果确切,能够提高治愈率、降低不良反应发生率、减少机械通气时间和住院时间,值得临床进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of non-invasive ventilator assisted treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type II respiratory failure.
Methods 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with type II respiratory failure treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into groups according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional drug treatment, and the observation group was given non-invasive ventilator assisted treatment, and the corresponding therapeutic effects were compared.
Results The cure rate of observation group was better than that of control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions, mechanical ventilation time and hospital stay of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, PaCO2 in observation group was lower than that in control group, and PaO2 was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Noninvasive ventilator assisted treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type II respiratory failure is effective, can improve the cure rate, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, reduce the time of mechanical ventilation and hospital stay, and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
