The application of stepwise rehabilitation training in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures after surgery
阶梯性康复训练在高龄股骨颈骨折术后中的应用

摘要

目的 分析阶梯性康复训练在高龄股骨颈骨折术后中的应用效果。方法 将我院于2023年1月-2023年12月收治的68例行手术治疗的高龄股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各34例。对照组应用常规康复训练，观察组应用阶梯性康复训练，对比两组干预效果。结果 观察组在采用阶梯性康复训练后，其功能评分、临床指标、骨密度指标、并发症发生率均优于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 阶梯性康复训练可有效促进高龄股骨颈骨折患者髋关节功能改善及骨折愈合，并降低并发症发生风险。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of stepwise rehabilitation training in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures after surgery.
Methods 68 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, while the observation group received stepwise rehabilitation training. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.
Results After receiving stepwise rehabilitation training, the functional score, clinical indicators, bone density indicators, and incidence of complications in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Stepwise rehabilitation training can effectively promote hip joint function improvement and fracture healing in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures, and reduce the risk of complications.
