一例痉挛性斜颈患者的个案护理

摘要

本文通过对一例痉挛性斜颈患者的病例进行回顾性分析，根据患者的护理问题我们采取了中医辩证施护，给与患者心理护理、生活护理、康复训练、用药护理、饮食护理等护理措施后，患者病情逐渐好转。痉挛性斜颈是一种累及颈部区域的局限性肌张力障碍，表现为颈肌阵发性的不自主收缩，引起头向一侧扭转或阵性倾斜。它是一种锥体外系运动障碍，是一种独立的器质性疾病。然而精神因素如焦虑、反应性抑郁症等对此病的症状轻重起着一定的调整作用，情绪的冲动甚至是此病加速发展的一个因素。

Abstract

This article retrospectively analyzed a case of a patient with vestibular torticollis. Based on the patient's nursing problems, we adopted traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing, providing psychological care, life care, rehabilitation training, medication care, dietary care and other nursing measures to the patient, and the patient's condition gradually improved Spastic torticollis is a localized muscle tone disorder that affects the neck region, characterized by paroxysmal involuntary contractions of the neck muscles, causing head to side twisting or intermittent tilting. It is an extrapyramidal motor disorder and an independent organic disease. However, psychological factors such as anxiety and reactive depression play a certain regulatory role in the severity of symptoms of this disease, and emotional impulses are even a factor in the accelerated development of this disease.
