目的 讨论在眼科日间白内障手术患者护理中应用同伴教育模式的临床效果。方法 选取 2022.10-2022.12 在我院眼科进行日间白内障手术的患者 70 例,根据双盲法随机分为 2 组,每组均为 35 例,对照 组采取传统教育模式进行干预,试验组采取同伴教育模式进行干预。比较两组患者的依从性、自我护理能力(ESCA 评估量表)、护理满意度。结果 试验组患者干预后在饮食、用药、睡眠、卫生管理方面的依从性高于对照组(P <0.05);试验组患者的 ESCA 评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者对护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 在眼科日间白内障手术患者中,利用同伴教育模式可以显著提高患者的护理依从性和自我护理能力,提升 患者的护理满意度。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of applying peer education model in the nursing of patients undergoing daytime cataract surgery in ophthalmology. Method 70 patients who underwent daytime cataract surgery in our ophthalmology department from Octorber 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups using a double blind method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received traditional education mode for intervention, while the experimental group received peer education mode for intervention. Compare the compliance, self-care ability (ESCA assessment scale), and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients. Result After intervention, the compliance of the experimental group patients in terms of diet, medication, sleep, and hygiene management was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The ESCA score of the experimental group patients was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The patient satisfaction with nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients undergoing daytime cataract surgery in ophthalmology, the use of peer education model can significantly improve their nursing compliance and self-care ability, and enhance their nursing satisfaction.
