Objective To summarize and analyze the significance of perioperative nursing of rapid rehabilitation surgery (FTS) in patients undergoing arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Methods The duration of this study was scheduled to be from August 2022 to August 2023. A total of 120 patients with arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction admitted to the hospital during this period were included. The group arrangement followed the "parallel sequential" grouping principle, and each group was classified into (n=60). The group providing routine perioperative nursing plan was named the reference group. The group that provided the rapid rehabilitation surgical care program was named the study group, and then the relevant data were collected, sorted, statistically analyzed, and integrated. t detection (normal measurement data); χ2 test was used (statistical data). The calculated mean was replaced by ( χ±s). Results The difference between the two groups and the two intervention schemes was significant, and the research group was better than the reference group, with P value less than 0.05. It can be seen in the following aspects: visual analogue pain score (VAS) of knee joint, complication rate, Lysholm score of knee joint function. Conclusion Through comparative experiments, it can be seen that the adoption and application of FTS perioperative nursing mode has significant clinical impact on patients undergoing ACL reconstruction. On the one hand, it can effectively reduce postoperative pain symptoms of patients and significantly reduce the probability of postoperative complications. In addition, it can greatly promote the recovery of patients' knee function, which is worthy of trust, adoption and recognition.
