The effect of exercise+psychological nursing intervention on comfort and sleep status of patients undergoingtrigeminal neuralgia balloon compression surgery
运动+心理护理模式干预对三叉神经痛球囊压迫术患者舒适度、睡眠情况的影响

摘要

目的 探讨三叉神经痛球囊压迫术后患者展开运动-心理护理干预模式的临床效果。方法 纳入 2021 年 7 月~2022 年 9 月间共收治 60 例患者，分为观察组 30 例，对照组 30 例。然后对两组患者统计学分析比较。 结果 干预后，观察组 GCQ 评数高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组与对照组相关评分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 心理+运动的综合护理干预对提升三叉神经痛患者治疗期间的舒适度和睡眠质量有积极价值，提升患者幸福 指数，提高患者住院期间满意度，对增加患者战胜疾病信念有重要意义。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of motor psychological nursing intervention model on patients with trigeminal neuralgia after balloon compression surgery. Method A total of 60 patients admitted between July 2021 and September 2022 were included, divided into an observation group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases. Then statistically analyze and compare the two groups of patients.
Results After the intervention, the GCQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); There was a statistically significant difference in scores between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The comprehensive nursing intervention of psychology and exercise has positive value in improving the comfort and sleep quality of patients with trigeminal neuralgia during treatment, enhancing their happiness index, increasing their satisfaction during hospitalization, and increasing their belief in overcoming the disease.
