多发性神经纤维瘤病围手术期护理干预的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析多发性神经纤维瘤患者围手术期护理干预效果。方法 将我院收治的多发性神经纤维瘤患 者作为案例，从 2022 年 3 月-2023 年 3 月期间行手术治疗的 40 例患者按照不同护理分成两组，每组 20 例，对照 组采用的是常规护理，观察组采用的是围手术期护理干预，对比两组患者护理效果。结果 在护理效果和不良反 应中对比，明显发现观察组和对照组之间的差异性（P＜0.05）。结论 多发性神经纤维瘤在围术期实施护理干预， 可有效提升患者治疗效果，改善疼痛情况，降低患者不良反应，值得临床对该种护理措施进行推广。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on patients with multiple neurofibromatosis diseases.
Methods from March 2022 to March 2022,40 patients with multiple neurofibromatosis 2023 were divided into two groups according to different nursing, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given perioperative nursing intervention, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.
Results the difference between the Observation Group and the control group was significant (P<0.05) .
Conclusion   perioperative nursing intervention for multiple neurofibromatosis can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, improve pain and reduce adverse reactions of patients. It is worth popularizing this kind of nursing measure.
