Application of nurse-led checklist management in the rescue of critical patients with ECMO
护士主导的清单管理在危重症 ECMO 抢救中的应用

摘要

目的 讨论在危急症 ECMO 抢救过程中应用护士主导的清单管理的干预效果。方法 选取 2020 年 1 月-2023 年 8 月在我院进行危急症 ECMO 抢救治疗的患者 62 例，将其采用随机数字分组法分为 2 组，对照组（31 例）的患者接受常规的抢救操作与配合，研究组（31 例）患者接受以护士为主导的清单管理干预，比较两组患 者在接受 ECMO 抢救过程中，抢救人员到位时间、抢救药品和器械的准备时间、管道的预充时间与 ECMO 的建 立时间，以及患者的 ECMO 抢救有效率。结果 研究组患者的抢救人员到位时间、抢救药品和器械的准备时间、 管道的预充时间与 ECMO 的建立时间均少于对照组（p＜0.05）；研究组患者的 ECMO 抢救有效率比对照组高（p ＜0.05）。结论 以护士为主导的清单管理可以缩短危重症 ECMO 抢救过程中的抢救时间，提高 ECMO 的抢救成 功率。

Abstract

Objective To discuss the intervention effect of nurse-led checklist management in the emergency treatment of ECMO.
Methods A total of 62 patients undergoing emergency ECMO rescue treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number grouping method. Patients in the control group (31 cases) received routine rescue operation and cooperation, and patients in the study group (31 cases) received nurse-led checklist management intervention. In the process of ECMO rescue in the two groups, the arrival time of rescue personnel, the preparation time of rescue drugs and instruments, the pre-filling time of pipeline and the establishment time of ECMO, as well as the ECMO rescue efficiency of patients were compared.
Results The arrival time of rescue personnel, the preparation time of rescue drugs and instruments, the pre-filling time of pipeline and the establishment time of ECMO in the study group were less than those in the control group (p<0.05). The rescue efficiency of ECMO in the study group was higher than that in the control group (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Nursery-led checklist management can shorten the rescue time and improve the success rate of ECMO rescue in critical patients.
