目的 为科学管理护理人力资源,构建组长负责制分组管理模式,提高护理管理效能;方法 选取 2021 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月宁夏某三甲医院呼吸与危重症医学科的 35 名护士作为研究对象。2021 年 1 月-2021 年 12 月实施常规管理模式,2022 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月实施护士层级分组管理。结果 组长负责制分组管理实施后护 士团队协作能力、护理管理质量均较实施前提高。组长负责制分组管理实施后护士团队协作能力评分高于实施前, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组长负责制分组管理实施后护理管理质量控制得分高于实施前,差异有统计学 意义(P<0.05);结论 组长负责制分组管理有效提高了管理效能,增强了护士的团队协作能力和凝聚力,促进 了护理管理质量持续改进。
Objective To scientifically manage nursing human resources, establish a team leader responsibility group management model, and improve the efficiency of nursing management; Method 35 nurses from the Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine Department of a tertiary hospital in Ningxia from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. From January 2021 to December 2021, routine management mode will be implemented, and from January 2022 to January 2023, nurse level grouping management will be implemented. Result After the implementation of the group leader responsibility system, the team collaboration ability and nursing management quality of nurses were improved compared to before. After the implementation of the team leader responsibility grouping management system, the nurse team collaboration ability score was higher than before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The score of nursing management quality control after the implementation of the group leader responsibility system was higher than before, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Conclusion The team leader responsibility system and grouping management effectively improve management efficiency, enhance nurses' teamwork ability and cohesion, and promote continuous improvement of nursing management quality
