Observation on the curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on lumbar disc herniation at different times
高压氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症不同时机的疗效观察

摘要

目的 探究在腰椎间盘突出症治疗环节中高压氧治疗不同时机的治疗效果。方法 从我院2021年7月-2022年7月接受腰椎间盘突出症治疗的患者中选取90例患者作为实验对象，将其随机划分成为对照组和实验组两组，每组45例。其中对照组患者给予急性期后高压氧结合常规质量，实验组患者急性期给予高压氧结合常规治疗，比较两组患者治疗的有效率。结果 按照实验的数据做出数据评价，得到实验组患者的治疗有效率较高，对照组患者的治疗有效率较低，两组的治疗有效率差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。比较两组患者的坐骨神经远端传导功能，实验组治疗前和治疗后的效果显著，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），实验组和对照组治疗后的差异明显，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行治疗的时候，急性期给予高压氧结合常规治疗可取得更好的治疗效果，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy at different times in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
Methods 90 patients who received treatment for lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 45 cases in each group. Among them, the control group was given hyperbaric oxygen combined with conventional treatment after the acute stage, and the experimental group was given hyperbaric oxygen combined with conventional treatment during the acute stage, and the treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared.
Results According to the data of the experiment, the treatment efficiency of the experimental group was higher, and the treatment efficiency of the control group was lower, and the difference of the treatment efficiency of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparing the distal sciatic nerve conduction function of the two groups, the experimental group had a significant effect before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the experimental group and the control group had a significant difference after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation, hyperbaric oxygen combined with conventional treatment in acute stage can achieve better therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
