Clinical study on the treatment of dysphagia after stroke by Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture combinedwith intramusculary adhesive
醒脑开窍针刺法结合肌内效贴治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的临床研究

摘要

目的 分析醒脑开窍针刺法联合肌内效贴在卒中后吞咽障碍患者治疗中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年4月期间宁夏中医医院暨中医研究院康复中心门诊及住院确诊收治的60例卒中后吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象，按随机数表法划分为对照组和观察组，各30例，对照组实施常规吞咽功能训练，观察组在此基础上增加醒脑开窍针刺法联合肌内效贴治疗，比较两组患者不同时间段吞咽功能及并发症发生率。结果 两组患者入院第1d、吞咽功能评价对比无明显差异（P＞0.05）；入院7d、第14d观察组洼田饮水试验评分低于对照组，藤岛一郎吞咽疗效评价量表评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将醒脑开窍针刺法与肌内效贴联合应用于卒中后吞咽障碍患者治疗中可取得显著效果，有助于改善患者吞咽功能，且安全性较高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of acupuncture combined with muscle injection in post-stroke swallowing patients.
Methods selected during January 2022-2023 April Ningxia hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and institute of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation center outpatient and hospital diagnosis of 60 cases of swallowing disorders after stroke as the study object, according to the random table method divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases, the control group to implement routine swallowing function training, observation group on the basis of increase brain acupuncture combined muscle effect treatment, compare the two groups of patients in different time period swallowing function and complication rate.
Results There was no significant difference in the 1d and swallowing function evaluation between the two groups (P> 0.05); the 7d and 14d were lower than the control group, and the swallowing efficacy evaluation score was higher than the control group (P <0.05); the overall incidence of complications was lower than the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of the waking brain opening acupuncture method and internal muscle effect patch in the treatment of post-stroke swallowing disorder patients can achieve significant results, help to improve the swallowing function of patients, and have high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
