摘要

近几年来,由于宫颈癌筛查的普遍应用以及HPV疫苗的预防接种,使得宫颈癌前病变及部分宫颈癌早发现早治疗,但其发病率及死亡率仍未见明显下降,且发病率愈来愈趋向年轻化。脆性组氨酸三联体(FHIT)、p16基因在多瘤种中均有表达。本文针对宫颈癌患者中FHIT、p16的表达情况进行综述。

Abstract

In recent years, due to the widespread application of cervical cancer screening and HPV vaccine vaccination, cervical precancerous lesions and some cervical cancers have been found and treated early, but their incidence rate and mortality have not decreased significantly, and the incidence rate is becoming younger and younger. Fragile histidine triad (FHIT) and p16 genes are expressed in multiple tumor species. This article reviews the expression of FHIT and p16 in cervical cancer patients.
