目的 探究PDCA在泌尿外科留置尿管患者中的优质护理效果。方法 选择270例泌尿外科留置尿管患者（2021年3月-9月），随机分成甲（常规护理）、乙（PDCA优质护理）组，各135例。对比、分析两组护理效果。结果 乙组护理缺陷发生率低、护理效果优于甲组（P<0.05）。结论 PDCA优质护理在泌尿外科留置尿管患者中效果显著，在降低护理缺陷发生率的同时，提高护理效果，值得推荐。
Objective To explore the high quality nursing effect of PDCA in patients with indwelling urethral catheter in urology department. Methods A total of 300 patients with indwelling ureter in urology department (03/2021.09) were randomly divided into group A (routine nursing) and group B (PDCA quality nursing), with 150 cases in each group. Contrast and analyze the nursing effect of two groups. Results The incidence of nursing defect and nursing effect of group B were better than group A (P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA quality nursing has a significant effect on patients with indwelling catheter in urology department. It can reduce the incidence of nursing defects and improve the nursing effect, which is worthy of recommendation.
