Effect of health education combined with psychological nursing on nursing management of AIDS patients withpulmonary tuberculosis
健康教育联合心理护理在艾滋病合并肺结核患者护理管理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨健康教育与心理护理联合应用在癌病合并肺结核中的临床价值。方法 选择 2022 年 5 月-2023 年 5 月收治的 100 例艾滋病合并肺结核患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照 组，每组各 50 例，对照组用常规护理，实验组患者采取健康教育联合心理护理，比较两组的护理满意度与治疗 依从性。结果 实验组非常满意（52.00%）高于对照组（42.00%），实验组护理满意度（96.00%）高于对照组 （80.00%），实验组完全依从率（56.00%）高于对照组（48.00%），实验组依从性（98.00%）高于对照组 （84.00%），差异呈现 P<0.05。结论 将健康教育与心理护理联合应用在艾滋病合并肺结核患者中的临床价值显 著，可提高患者的护理满意度与治疗依从性，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of the combined application of health education and psychological nursing in cancer patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
Methods 100 cases of AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,according to the random number table method, they were divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received health education combined with psychological care. The nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared..Result The experimental group was very satisfied (52.00%) compared to the control group (42.00%), and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (80.00%). The complete compliance rate of the experimental group (56.00%) was higher than that of the control group (48.00%), and the compliance rate of the experimental group (98.00%) was higher than that of the control group (84.00%), with a difference of P<0.05.
Conclusion   The joint application of health education and psychological nursing in AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis has significant clinical value, which can improve patients' satisfaction with nursing and treatment compliance, and is worth promoting.
