Analysis of rehabilitation of asphyxia in elderly patients with cerebral infarction
老年脑梗患者遗留偏瘫伴吞咽困难后预防窒息的康复护理分析

摘要

近些年，脑梗发生率随着人口老龄化进程的加快不断升高，导致脑梗已成为老年群体常见的脑血管疾病之一，肥胖、高血压、风湿性心脏病等均是引起该病的常见诱因。脑梗具有发病突然与病变迅速等特点，偏瘫与吞咽困难均为这类患者常见的后遗症，其中吞咽困难是指患者难以或无法吞咽进食，该症状的严重程度取决于患者病变性质与轻重，一旦发生将会增加患者进食难度，易使患者因为呛咳而导致误吸、窒息，或是造成水与其他营养成分得不到充足的摄入。因此，本文首先分析老年脑梗患者遗留偏瘫伴吞咽困难后的危害，再提出有关于窒息的预防措施，现综述如下。

Abstract

In recent years, the incidence of cerebral infarction has been increasing with the acceleration of the aging process of the population, resulting in cerebral infarction has become one of the common cerebrovascular diseases in the elderly group, obesity, hypertension, rheumatic heart disease and other common causes of this disease. Cerebral infarction is characterized by sudden onset and rapid lesions. Hemiplegia and dysphagia are common sequelae of such patients, among which dysphagia refers to the difficulty or inability of the patient to swallow or eat. The severity of this symptom depends on the nature and severity of the patient's lesions. Or cause insufficient intake of water and other nutrients. Therefore, this paper first analyzed the hazards of hemiplegia with dysphagia in elderly cerebral infarction patients, and then proposed some preventive measures for asphyxia, which are summarized as follows.
