Application of nursing risk warning and monitoring in preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in orthopaedic patients
护理风险预警监控在骨科患者预防下肢深静脉血栓中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨将护理风险预警监控用于预防下肢深静脉血栓中的实际价值。方法 在本次研究中，将于骨科内选取74例骨科患者参与实验，其均为骨科住院患者，并且将患者分配为对照组、观察组，每组37例，并分别对其实施常规护理、护理风险预警监控，比较两组患者的深静脉血栓发生率。结果 经本次研究数据统计分析看，观察组、对照组内分别出现1例、7例下肢深静脉血栓，发生率分别为2.7%、18.91%，观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；不仅如此，也评估了两组患者的护理满意度情况，结果显示观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对骨科患者实施护理风险预警监控有助于防范下肢深静脉血栓，且可提升护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the practical value of nursing risk early warning monitoring in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs.
Methods: In this study, 74 patients in the department of Orthopedics were selected to participate in the experiment, all of whom were hospitalized patients in the department of orthopedics, and the patients were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 37 cases in each group. Routine nursing and nursing risk early warning monitoring were respectively administered to them, and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis was compared between the two groups.
Results: According to the statistical analysis of the data in this study, there were 1 and 7 cases of deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremity in the observation group and the control group, with the incidence of 2.7% and 18.91%, respectively. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In addition, the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was also evaluated, and the results showed that the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : Early warning and monitoring of nursing risk for orthopaedic patients can help prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs and improve nursing satisfaction.
