Effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode on elderly patients with bone femoral neck fracture
快速康复护理模式对老年骨股颈骨折患者的影响

摘要

目的 快速康复护理对老年股骨颈骨折手术患者中的实施价值。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月期间于本院行股骨颈骨折手术的100例老年患者作为研究对象。分为对照组、观察组，每组50例患者。对照组行常规护理，观察组行快速康复护理。对比两组术后谵妄发生率及疼痛程度（VAS评分）。结果 两组术后谵妄发生率对比，观察组4.00%（2/50），对照组20.00%（2/50），组间对比，观察组低于对照组，P＜0.05。两组术后1d、7d疼痛评分对比，观察组均低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 将快速康复护理应用于老年股骨颈骨折手术患者护理中，可有效降低术后谵妄发生率，减轻疼痛程度。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the value of rapid rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture surgery.
Methods 100 elderly patients who underwent femoral neck fracture surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing. The incidence of postoperative delirium and the degree of pain (VAS score) were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of postoperative delirium between the two groups was 4.00% (2/50) in the observation group and 20.00% (2/50) in the control group. The comparison between the two groups showed that the incidence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative delirium and relieve the degree of pain.
