术中电生理监测对原发性面肌痉挛MVD预后的影响

摘要

目的 本文主要对术中电生理监测对原发性面肌痉挛MVD预后的影响进行简要分析与探讨。方法对在2021年12月-2022年12月入我院诊断为原发性面肌痉挛的患者进行筛选,并选出符合实验探究标准的60例患者作为本次探讨的主要研究对象,根据随机数字法将60例患者进行分组,共计分为2组,每组30例患者,其中对观察组患者行术中电生理监测,对对照组未开展术中电生理监测,通过对比两组患者治疗后总有效率情况、治疗后患者满意度情况及治疗后并发症发生情况,最终完成术中电生理监测对原发性面肌痉挛MVD预后的影响分析与探讨。结果 对比两组患者治疗后总有效率情况,观察组治疗总有效率明显大于对照组治疗总有效率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度明显大于对照组总满意度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症听力下降、面瘫、颅内出血总发生率情况明显低于对照组患者术后听力下降、面瘫、颅内出血总发生率情况,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对原发性面部痉挛患者进行治疗过程中,一般在采用血管减压术结合电生理监测,在患者手术中出现异常情况时可使医生及时发现,避免出现神经损伤情况,提高患者治疗有效率,降低手术后并发症发生率,提高患者对疾病治疗满意度,可大大推广应用。

Abstract

Objective This article mainly analyzes and explores the impact of intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring on the prognosis of primary facial spasm MVD.
Methods Patients diagnosed with primary facial spasm who were admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were screened, and 60 patients who met the experimental exploration criteria were selected as the main research subjects for this study. 60 patients were divided into two groups by random number method, with a total of 30 patients in each group. The observation group received intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring, while the control group did not receive intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring. By comparing the total effective rate, patient satisfaction, and postoperative complications between two groups of patients, the impact of intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring on the prognosis of primary facial spasm MVD was analyzed and explored.
Results Comparing the total effective rate of the two groups of patients after treatment, the observation group had a significantly higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); The total incidence of postoperative complications including hearing loss, facial paralysis and intracranial hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment of patients with primary facial spasm, vascular decompression surgery combined with electrophysiological monitoring is generally used. When abnormal conditions occur during surgery, doctors can promptly detect them, avoid nerve damage, improve treatment efficiency, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve patient satisfaction with disease treatment. This can be greatly promoted and applied.
