Effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine on coronary heart disease
阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的效果

摘要

目的 分析阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的具体效果。方法 回顾2021年1月-2022年1月我院收治的147例冠心病患者，根据选择治疗方式的不同分组，将单独选用曲美他嗪治疗的74例患者列为对照组，将使用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的73例患者列为观察组，对两组治疗后冠心病患者的心功能指标及病情复发情况进行观察比较，同时对其不良反应和最终治疗满意度进行评分比较。结果 观察组患者的心功能指标优于对照组，复发时间和次数少于对照组，常见不良反应发生率均低于对照组，最终的治疗满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对冠心病患者采取阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗效果较佳，能够改善患者心功能状态，有效控制病情的发作，同时减少不良反应，提升治疗满意度，在临床治疗中应用价值极高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the specific effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
Methods 147 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were reviewed. 74 patients treated with trimetazidine alone were classified as the control group, and 73 patients treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine were classified as the observation group according to different treatment methods. The cardiac function indexes and disease recurrence of patients with coronary heart disease after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups, and their adverse reactions and final treatment satisfaction were scored and compared.
Results The cardiac function index of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the recurrence time and frequency were less than that of the control group, the incidence of common adverse reactions were lower than that of the control group, and the final treatment satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine is effective in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease, which can improve the cardiac function status of patients, effectively control the onset of the disease, reduce adverse reactions, and enhance treatment satisfaction. It is of great value in clinical treatment.
