Efficacy of oxytocin combined with Misoprostol in the treatment of bleeding after Caesarean section
缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗剖宫产术出血的疗效

摘要

目的 分析剖宫产术出血患者采取缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗的效果。方法 48例剖宫产术出血患者取自2021年3月-2022年3月期间，以随机数字表法分组，其中行缩宫素治疗的患者归为参考组，采取缩宫素米索前列醇治疗的患者归为实验组，每组24例。评价两组治疗效果。结果 术后出血量、术后2小时出血量及术后24小时出血量比较，实验组显低（P＜0.05）。宫缩恢复时间比较，实验组显短（P＜0.05）。不良反应发生率比较，实验组显低（P＜0.05）。生活质量比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论 剖宫产术出血患者采取缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗的效果令人满意。此种治疗方法可推广于临床。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of oxytocin combined with Misoprostol in the treatment of bleeding patients after Caesarean section.
Methods 48 patients with bleeding after Caesarean section were selected from March 2021 to March 2022. They were divided into two groups by random number table. The patients who received oxytocin treatment were classified as the reference group, and the patients who received oxytocin Misoprostol treatment were classified as the experimental group, with 24 cases in each group. Evaluate the therapeutic effects of both groups.
Results Compared with the reference group, the postoperative bleeding volume, 2-hour postoperative bleeding volume, and 24-hour postoperative bleeding volume of experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05). The recovery time of uterine contractions was significantly shorter in the experimental group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the experimental group (P<0.05). The quality of life was significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of oxytocin combined with Misoprostol in the treatment of bleeding patients after Caesarean section is satisfactory. This treatment method can be promoted in clinical practice.
