Clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhetinic acid glycoside injection in the treatment of chronic eczema
复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效

摘要

目的 探究复方甘草酸苷注射液在临床中治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法 选取我院于2020年1月-2022年1月就诊的100例慢性湿疹患者作为本次研究对象，随机数字表法进行分组，观察组50例，使用复方甘草酸苷注射液静脉滴注治疗，40ml/天；对照组50例，使用予10％葡萄糖酸钙（10 mL），加维生 C（3.0g）静脉滴注。另两组患者均口服西替利嗪片（10mg），1次/天，外用炉甘石洗剂，疗程为四周，分析患者EASI评分及瘙痒程度。结果 两组患者经治疗后患处面积、EASI评分、瘙痒程度均较治疗开始前明显改善（P<0.05），观察组（92.00%）经治疗后总有效率优于对照组（72.00%），且差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效更有优势，且疗效可靠。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhetinic acid glycoside injection in the treatment of chronic eczema.
Methods 100 patients with chronic eczema who visited our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into groups using a number table method. The observation group consisted of 50 patients who received intravenous infusion of compound glycyrrhetinic acid glycoside injection, with a dose of 40ml/day; A control group of 50 cases was administered with 10% calcium gluconate (10 mL) and intravenous drip of vitamin C (3.0g). The other two groups of patients were given cetirizine tablets (10mg) orally once a day, with calamine lotion for external use. The course of treatment was four weeks, and the patient's EASI score and itching degree were analyzed.
Results After treatment, the area of the affected area, EASI score, and itching degree of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared to before treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group (92.00%) after treatment was better than that of the control group (72.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Compound glycyrrhetinic acid glycoside injection has more advantages and reliable clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic eczema.
