目的 分析综合护理用于妇产科腰硬联合麻醉手术的价值。方法 随机均分 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 12 月本院妇产科接诊腰硬联合麻醉手术病人 80 名。试验组采取综合护理，对照组行常规护理。对比满意度等指标。 结果 关于并发症，试验组发生率 2.5%，和对照组数据 17.5%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于满意度、护理质量和 sf-36 评分这几个指标：试验组数据都优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 妇产科腰硬联合麻醉手术用综合护理，效果显著， 并发症发生率也更低。
Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing in obstetrics and gynecology combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia. Methods A total of 80 patients with combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia received from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided. The experimental group received comprehensive nursing and the control group received routine nursing. Compare measures such as satisfaction. Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.5%, which was lower than 17.5% in the control group (P <0.05). In terms of satisfaction, quality of care and sf-36 score, the experimental group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Obstetrics and gynecology combined epidural anesthesia with comprehensive nursing, the effect is remarkable, the complication rate is also lower.
