Observation on the application effect of emergency nursing fast track on acute stroke patients
急诊护理快速通道对急性脑卒中患者的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 分析急性脑卒中患者采取急诊护理快速通道的效果。方法 选取于2021年2月-2022年2月期间收治的48例急性脑卒中患者为本次研究对象。采取随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组采取常规护理，实验组行急诊护理快速通道，每组24例。比较两组护理效果。结果 两组救治时间比较，实验组显短（P＜0.05）。两组预后比较，实验组显优（P＜0.05）。两组满意度比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。实验组生活质量相比较参考组较高（P＜0.05）。结论 急性脑卒中患者采取急诊护理快速通道可有效缩短救治时间，降低患者死亡率及致残率，提升患者的满意度。此种方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of emergency nursing fast track in patients with acute stroke.
Methods 48 acute stroke patients admitted between February 2021 and February 2022 were selected as the study subjects. Using a random number table method, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received emergency care fast track, with 24 patients in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups.
Results Compared with the two groups, the treatment time in the experimental group was significantly shorter (P<0.05). The prognosis of the experimental group was significantly better compared to the two groups (P<0.05). The satisfaction between the two groups was significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05).The quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Adopting emergency nursing fast track for acute stroke patients can effectively shorten treatment time, reduce patient mortality and disability rates, and improve patient satisfaction. This method is worth promoting.
