Clinical Effect of Ligustrazine Injection on Cerebral Infarction
川芎嗪注射液治疗脑梗塞临床效果

摘要

目的 探讨在脑梗塞治疗中应用川芎嗪注射液，对临床疗效及神经功能改善效果的影响。方法 试验者是2021.01至2023.01在医院治疗的80例脑梗塞患者，以随机信封法分成对照组与观察组，每组的例数均是40例，对照组采取奥扎格雷治疗，观察组则加用川芎嗪注射液，比对两组临床疗效及临床指标。结果 观察组总疗效率高于对照组，P＜0.05；观察组神经功能缺损评分、斑块面积与斑块厚度低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 以川芎嗪注射液辅助治疗，可使得患者神经功能得到改善，而且还能缩小斑块面积和厚度，利于提升疗效，适宜推广借鉴。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of ligustrazine injection on clinical efficacy and neurological improvement in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
Methods: The subjects were 80 patients with cerebral infarction treated in hospital from 2021.01 to 2023.01, and were divided into control group and observation group by random envelope method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ozagre, and the observation group was treated with ligustrazine injection. The clinical efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.
Results: The total therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The neurological deficit score, plaque area, and plaque thickness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The level of hemorheology in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Adjuvant therapy with ligustrazine injection can improve the neurological function of patients, and also reduce the area and thickness of plaques, which is conducive to improving the curative effect and suitable for popularization and reference.
