Effect of whole process health education model in community nursing of diabetes
全程健康教育模式在社区糖尿病护理中的效果

摘要

目的 探讨在糖尿病治疗中应用全程健康教育，对患者认知度提升效果的影响。方法 试验者为2021.01至2023.01在社区医院治疗的100例糖尿病患者，以入院顺序分成对照组与观察组，每组的例数均为50例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取全程健康宣教，比较护理有效性。结果 观察组糖代谢指标水平对于对照组，P＜0.05；观察组疾病知识掌握度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 以全程健康宣教模式干预，可增强患者健康知识认知度，良好控制血糖水平，适宜借鉴应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of applying whole process health education in the treatment of diabetes on the improvement of patients' awareness.
Methods: The experimenters were 100 patients with diabetes who were treated in community hospitals from January 2021 to March 2023. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission. The number of cases in each group was 50. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given full course health education to compare the effectiveness of nursing care.
Results: Compared with the control group, the level of glucose metabolism index in the observation group was P<0.05; The mastery of disease knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Whole-course health education intervention can enhance patients' awareness of health knowledge and control blood sugar level, which is suitable for reference and application.
