Effect of salmeterol and fluticasone in the treatment of COPD
沙美特罗替卡松治疗慢阻肺的效果

摘要

目的 回顾分析院内慢阻肺患者中实施沙美特罗替卡松的作用。方法 纳入时间为2022年1月到2023年1月，将该时间段院内慢阻肺患者进行研究讨论，包括62例患者，通过随机分配法安排为对照组（31例实施常规治疗措施）、观察组（31例利用沙美特罗替卡松治疗），对相关数据信息进行收集与整理，最后利用统计学进行处理。结果 由统计学系统对治疗结果数据进行处理，结果P值不足0.05，观察组肺功能指标方面、生活质量方面满意度方面等各项数据信息更佳。结论 使用沙美特罗替卡松有助于慢阻肺治疗工作顺利开展，可对患者症状改善产生积极影响，降低患者肺功能指标异常波动风险，有利于改善患者生活质量状况，可为患者提供更为满意的治疗方案，在提升治疗效果方面有着重要意义。

Abstract

Objective: To review and analyze the effect of salmeterol and fluticasone in patients with COPD in hospital.
Methods: From January 2022 to January 2023, the patients with COPD in the hospital were studied and discussed, including 62 patients. They were randomly assigned to the control group (31 patients were treated with routine treatment) and the observation group (31 patients were treated with salmeterol and ticasone), and the relevant data were collected and sorted, and finally processed by statistics.
Results: TThe treatment result data were processed by the statistical system, and the result P value was less than 0.05. The observation group had better data information on lung function indicators, quality of life, satisfaction, and other aspects.
Conclusion  : The use of salmeterol and fluticasone can contribute to the smooth development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treatment, have a positive impact on the improvement of patients' symptoms, reduce the risk of abnormal fluctuations in lung function indicators, improve the quality of life of patients, provide patients with a more satisfactory treatment plan, and have important significance in improving the treatment effect.
