Current status of clinical research on risk factors for lung cancer
肺癌发病危险因素的临床研究现状

摘要

肺癌是当今全球最具致残率和致死率的肿瘤，其预后极坏。对人们的身体和生活造成重大影响。最近一项调查表明，肺癌患病率与病死率在逐年递增，对患者身体健康造成较大危害。已有多项临床资料证实肺癌发病的危险因素中，吸烟是导致肺癌的主要危险因素，但是还有其他的一些原因，如肿瘤家族病史、环境因素、激素水平、饮食习惯，以及呼吸道疾病等因素。本文就近年来有关肺癌危险因素的相关研究作一概述，以期为科学合理的预防肺癌发生或控制肺癌病情发展提供理论根据。

Abstract

Lung cancer is the most disabling and lethal tumor in the world today, with a very poor prognosis. It has a significant impact on people's health and life. A recent survey shows that the prevalence and mortality of lung cancer are increasing year by year, causing significant harm to the health of patients. Many clinical data have confirmed that smoking is the main risk factor for lung cancer, but there are other reasons, such as family history of cancer, environmental factors, hormone levels, dietary habits, and respiratory diseases. This article summarizes the relevant research on risk factors of lung cancer in recent years, with a view to providing theoretical basis for scientific and reasonable prevention or control of the development of lung cancer.
