目的 分析脑梗死偏瘫患者，临床治疗采取早期神经康复护理效果，及对生活质量的影响。方法 时间段选自于2022年，在脑梗死偏瘫患者资料中抽取100名，分为每组50名患者，其中采取常规护理称之为对照组，采用早期神经康复护理称之为观察组，对比组间护理效果对患者病情恢复的影响差异。结果 观察组患者NIHSS评分、ADL评分、生活质量评分均比对照组好（P<0.05）。结论 脑梗死偏瘫患者进行早期神经康复护理，能改善神经功能、修复损伤组织，进而提升运动功能、促进其生活质量的提高。
Objetive To analyze the effect of early neurological rehabilitation nursing on patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia, and its impact on quality of life. Method: The time period was selected from 2022, and 100 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia were selected and divided into 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine care, while the observation group was treated with early neurological rehabilitation care. The differences in the impact of nursing effects on patient recovery between the two groups were compared. Result: The NIHSS score, ADL score, and quality of life score of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion : Early neural rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia can improve neurological function, repair damaged tissues, and thereby enhance motor function and promote the improvement of their quality of life.
