摘要

目的 探究脊柱手术患者治疗中，以快速康复护理的临床应用效果。方法 本次调研中，选取2020年9月-2022年9月阶段，本院接诊的84例脊柱手术患者，按照随机分配准则，患者被分成两组，一组是参照组（n=42），一组是实验组（n=42），参照组，给予患者常规护理，实验组，采取快速康复护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 从输液时间、下床时间与住院天数指标，对比两组临床治疗效果，基于数据统计可知，实验组输液时间、下床时间为、住院天数少于参照组，差异变化明显，P<0.05，存在统计学意义；从压疮、肺部感染、腹胀等术后并发症，对比两组术后不良反应概率，基于数据统计可知，实验组，不良反应概率低于参照组，比较两组数据，差异变化明显，P<0.05，存在统计学意义；实验组，护理满意度高于参照组，比较两组数据，差异变化明显，P<0.05，存在统计学意义。结论 脊柱手术患者中，通过对其采取快速康复护理取得了不错的临床效果，改善患者生活质量，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of patients undergoing spinal surgery.
Methods In this survey, 84 patients of spinal surgery received by our hospital in the 2020.9-2022.9 stage were selected. Results From the index of infusion time, bedtime time and number of hospital days, Compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups, Based on the data statistics, The infusion time, bed time and hospitalization days were less than the reference group, The difference changes significantly, P<0.05, Statistical significance exists; From postoperative complications including pressure ulcers, pulmonary infections, and abdominal distension, Contrare the probability of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups, Based on the data statistics, experimental group, The probability of adverse reactions is lower than that in the reference group, Comparing the two sets of data, The difference changes significantly, P<0.05, Statistical significance exists; experimental group, Nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the reference group, Comparing the two sets of data, The difference changes significantly, P<0.05, There was a statistical significance.
Conclusion   Among patients with spinal surgery, good clinical results have been achieved through rapid rehabilitation care, and the quality of life of patients has been improved, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
