Effect of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo
护理干预对良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者康复的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析综合护理干预对良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者康复的影响。方法 选择我院2021年1月～2022年1月收治的80例良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者，将其随机分为对照组（40例，给予常规护理）和实验组（40例，给予综合护理），对比实验结果。结果 实验组护理满意度更高；SAS及SDS评分更低；VSI及DHI评分更低，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 提高护理质量对良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者的病情控制有重要意义，可改善患者心理状态，提升治疗效果，降低病情复发率。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
Methods 80 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into the control group (40 cases, given routine care) and the experimental group (40 cases, given comprehensive care), and the experimental results were compared.
Results The experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction; SAS and SDS scores are lower; VSI and DHI scores were lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Improving the quality of nursing care is of great significance to the postoperative recovery of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. It can improve the psychological status of patients, enhance the therapeutic effect, and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
