摘要

目的 对临床治疗恶性肿瘤过程中CT引导下125I粒子的临床应用价值进行探讨。方法 选择鲁山县人民医院于2020年3月至2023年2月间所收治的40例恶性肿瘤病例作为研究对象,通过CT进行引导植入放射性125I粒子。针对患者术后24h、3d、7d、30d、90d等多个不同时期节点疼痛指标变化情况以及肿瘤近期疗效进行评估。结果 利用CT进行引导植入放射性125I粒子进行治疗后患者的手术成功率达到100%,且与手术治疗前相比较,进行手术治疗后各个时间节点患者的疼痛数字评分明显下降,差异显著,P<0.05;在植入粒子24小时后患者疼痛缓解有效率能够达到67.5%;在术后3d、7d、30d、90d各个时间节点患者的疼痛缓解有效率分别为85%、82.5%、77.5%、77.5%,P<0.05;患者经粒子植入治疗后近期疗效得到明显改善。且术后并未发现严重不良反应现象。结论 在临床治疗恶性肿瘤患者的过程中通过CT进行引导植入放射性125I粒子方法进行治疗能够迅速并持续发挥疗效,而且术后不会产生严重不良反应,在临床上具有极大推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT guided 125I particles in the treatment of malignant tumors.
Methods 40 cases of malignant tumors admitted to Lushan County People's Hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and radioactive 125I particles were implanted under CT guidance. To evaluate the changes of pain indicators at nodes and the short-term therapeutic effect of tumor at different periods such as 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days after surgery.
Results After using CT to guide the implantation of radioactive 125I particles for treatment, the surgical success rate of patients reached 100%, and compared with pre surgical treatment, the pain numerical scores of patients at various time points after surgical treatment decreased significantly, with a significant difference (P<0.05); The effective rate of pain relief in patients can reach 67.5% after 24 hours of implantation of particles; The effective rates of pain relief were 85%, 82.5%, 77.5%, 77.5%, and 77.5% at various time points 3, 7, 30, and 90 days after surgery, respectively, P<0.05; The short-term efficacy of the patient has been significantly improved after particle implantation treatment. No serious adverse reactions were found after surgery.
Conclusion   In the clinical treatment of malignant tumor patients, the method of implanting radioactive 125I particles under CT guidance can rapidly and continuously exert the therapeutic effect, and there will be no serious adverse reactions after surgery, which has great clinical promotion value.
