Clinical effect of transurethral plasma resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia
经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的效果。方法 选取该院2021年12月到2022年12月收治的80例良性前列腺增生症患者进行研究，均分为观察组和对照组，40例行钬激光前列腺剜除术的患者为对照组，剩余患者接受经尿道前列腺等离子电切术，为观察组。结果 组间术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时间等临床指标；两组患者术前IPSS、QOL、PVR、Qmax差异不大（P>0.05）,较术前，两组患者术后三个月各项指标均有明显改善。结论 经尿道前列腺等离子电切术与钬激光前列腺剜除术均是治疗良性前列腺增生症的有效方法，可使患者临床症状得到有效改善。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of transurethral plasma resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Methods: 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected for study. They were equally divided into the observation group and the control group. 40 patients with holmium laser enucleation of the prostate were treated as the control group, and the remaining patients were treated with transurethral plasma resection of the prostate as the observation group.
Results: Intraoperative bleeding volume, bladder flushing time and other clinical indicators between groups; There was no significant difference in IPSS, QOL, PVR and Qmax between the two groups before operation (P>0.05). Compared with that before operation, all indexes of the two groups were significantly improved three months after operation.
Conclusion  : Transurethral plasma resection of prostate and holmium laser enucleation of prostate are effective methods for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
