大内科老年患者治疗期间心源性猝死的临床危险因素

摘要

目的 研究分析在临床治疗期间引发大内科老年心血管疾病患者心源性猝死的危险因素。方法 利用回顾分析法，探究我院自2021年8月至2022年8月收治的100例大内科老年患者，其在治疗期间出现心源性猝死的临床危险因素。结果 经过统计并认真分析患者病历资料与家属调查问题卷得知，发生心源性猝死的老年患者均患有不同程度的常见心血管疾病，如常见的冠心病、高血压、心肌炎、肺心病等急慢性疾病。同时导致其猝死的临床危险因素的主要有吸烟史、饮酒史、剧烈运动、排便用力、情绪波动等。结论 导致患有基础心血管急慢性疾病的老年患者，在治疗期间出现心源性猝死的因素有很多，故医护人员应加强干预管理，并进一步有效监测患者的病情变化，通过采取有针对性的干预措施，以尽可能避免老年患者出现心源性猝死的情况。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the risk factors of sudden cardiac death in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in department of medicine during clinical treatment.
Methods：Retrospective analysis was used to explore the clinical risk factors of sudden cardiac death in 100 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022.
Results：Through statistics and careful analysis of the patient's case data and family survey questions, we know that the elderly patients with sudden cardiac death are suffering from different degrees of common cardiovascular diseases, such as common coronary heart disease, hypertension, myocarditis, cor pulmonale and other acute and chronic diseases. At the same time, the main clinical risk factors leading to sudden death were smoking history, drinking history, vigorous exercise, forced defecation, mood swings and so on.
Conclusion  ：Cause cardiovascular acute or chronic disease in elderly patients suffering from basis, during treatment there are many factors that can appear sudden cardiac death, so the staff intervention management should be strengthened, and effective monitoring of the patient's condition changes, through targeted intervention measures, as much as possible to avoid the situation of the elderly patients with sudden cardiac death.
