目的 探究溃疡性角膜炎患者接受整体护理的影响。方法 研究选择将2021年6月至2022年8月来我院就诊的溃疡性角膜炎患者作为样本，通过抽签法抽取38例患者分为应用常规护理干预的对照组及应用整体护理干预的研究组作为研究对象，对比两组患者护理满意度及心理健康状态。结果 研究组患者护理满意度及心理健康状态均明显优于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 整体护理干预不仅能够提高患者的护理满意度，还能够保持患者心理健康，帮助患者快速恢复正常生活。
Objective: To explore the influence of holistic nursing for patients with ulcerative keratitis. Methods: In this study, patients with ulcerative keratitis who came to our hospital from June 2021 to August 2022 were selected as samples. 38 patients were selected by lottery method and divided into the control group with routine nursing intervention and the research group with holistic nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction and mental health status of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: Nursing satisfaction and mental health status of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion : Holistic nursing intervention can not only improve patients' nursing satisfaction, but also maintain patients' mental health and help patients quickly return to normal life.
