The value of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia
利培酮治疗精神分裂症的价值

摘要

目的 探讨精神分裂症患者采取利培酮治疗治疗的效果。方法 60例精神分裂症患者取自本院在2020年2月-2021年1月期间，对上述患者均采取利培酮治疗治疗，观察患者的治疗有效率，分析比较患者治疗前后的甲状腺激素水平、阳性症状、阴性症状，以及患者用药后的不良反应发生情况。结果 经治疗后患者治疗有效率为78.33%，其中显效占比为46.67%，有效占比为31.67，无效占比为21.67。患者治疗后甲状腺激素水平T3、T4及FT4均低于治疗前（P＜0.05），FT3、TSH指标高于治疗前（P＜0.05）。患者治疗后阳性症状、阴性症状相比较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.05）。患者经治疗后不良反应发生率为20.00%，其中失眠占比为5.00%，头疼占比为6.67%，恶心占比为5.00%，体质量剧增占比为3.33%。结论 在不精神分裂症患者治疗中采取利培酮治疗可起到一定的治疗效果，可对患者的甲状腺激素水平予以改善，并缓解其阳性症状及阴性症状，但该药物存在不良反应，如失眠、头痛、恶心等，建议该药物的使用量不超过每天6 mg。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of risperidone on schizophrenia.
Methods: 60 schizophrenic patients were taken from our hospital from February 2020 to January 2021. All the above patients were treated with risperidone. The treatment efficiency of the patients was observed. The thyroid hormone level, positive symptoms, negative symptoms and adverse reactions of the patients before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.
Results: After treatment, the effective rate of patients was 78.33%, of which 46.67% were markedly effective, 31.67% were effective, and 21.67% were ineffective. After treatment, the thyroid hormone levels T3, T4 and FT4 were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and FT3 and TSH were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05). The positive symptoms and negative symptoms of patients after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions was 20.00%, including 5.00% of insomnia, 6.67% of headache, 5.00% of nausea and 3.33% of sharp increase in body mass.
Conclusion  : Risperidone can play a certain therapeutic effect in the treatment of non schizophrenic patients. It can improve the thyroid hormone level of patients and relieve their positive and negative symptoms. However, the drug has adverse reactions, such as insomnia, headache, nausea, etc. It is recommended that the dosage of the drug should not exceed 6 mg per day.
