Clinical Value Analysis of Implementing Occupational Health Examination in the Prevention and Treatment of Pneumoconiosis
实施职业健康体检在尘肺病防治中的临床价值分析

摘要

目的 对尘肺病防治中采用职业健康体检方式，做好价值分析。方法 选取2019年6月至2021年6月在尘肺患者80例，分为观察组和对照组各40例进行研究。对两组工作人员均实行职业健康体检，整个体检过程需按规定及标准严格执行。结果 通过对工作人员尘肺病的检出情况进行比较，其中常规组、试验组患者检出例数、检出率分别为2例、5.00％，6例、15.00％，经比较，试验组效果较优（p＜0.05）。结论 在尘肺病防治中采用职业健康体检，整体不良情况较低，同时尘肺病人数较少。

Abstract

Objective: To use occupational health examination in the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis.
Methods: 80 pneumoconiosis patients were selected from June 2019 to June 2021 and divided into 40 patients in the observation group and the control group. Occupational health examination is implemented for the two groups of staff, and the whole physical examination process should be strictly implemented according to the regulations and standards.
Results: By comparing the detection of pneumoconiosis, the number of cases and detection rate of patients in the conventional group and test group were 2,5.00%, 6, and 15.00%, respectively. After comparison, the effect of the test group was better (p <0.05).
Conclusion  : Occupational health examination is used in the prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis, and the overall adverse condition is low, and the number of pneumoconiosis is small.
