Application of detail nursing and comfort nursing in pediatric orthopaedic nursing
细节护理及舒适护理在小儿骨科护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探究在小儿骨科疾病干预工作中细节护理以及舒适护理方案的应用方式以及其所产生的干预效用。方法 将2021年5月至2022年5月作为此次研究的时间范围，收录在我院接受干预的小儿骨科患者样本共76例，采用随机方式将其分为常规组与研究组，给予常规组小儿患者一般护理，给予研究组小儿患者细节护理以及舒适护理，完成两组小儿患者护理满意度，治疗依从性等指标的收录工作，并对其进行对比分析。结果 在接受干预后，研究组小儿患者的治疗依从性以及护理满意度显著优于常规组小儿患者，p＜0.05。结论 在小儿骨科患者就诊过程中，基于细节理念以及舒适理念为小儿患者提供护理干预，能够有效提升小儿群体对于治疗干预工作的依从性，有利于小儿骨科护理工作满意度的提升，建议对该护理方案展开进一步的探索与应用。

Abstract

Purpose: To investigate the application of detailed care and comfort protocols in pediatric orthopedic disease intervention and the efficacy of the intervention.
Methods: A total of 76 pediatric orthopedic patients were enrolled in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022, and were randomly divided into a conventional group and a study group, and were given general care and detailed care combined with comfort care. The two groups were compared and analyzed.
Conclusion  : In the consultation process of pediatric orthopedic patients, the care intervention based on the concept of detailed and comfort care can effectively improve the pediatric group's compliance with the treatment intervention, and promote the satisfaction of pediatric orthopedic care. Further exploration and application of this nursing protocol is recommended.
