Analysis of the effect of tension-free hernia repair in the preperitoneal space for inguinal hernia
腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析腹股沟疝患者行腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术治疗的效果。方法 取自2020年2月-2021年2月期间收入的58例腹股沟疝患者作为此次研究对象。经随机数字表法分为2组，其中有29例患者行常规术式（疝环充填无张力疝修补术）治疗为参考组；29例行腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术治疗为实验组。分析比较2组治疗效果。结果 手术指标及住院时间中实验组较优（P＜0.05）。疼痛评分中实验组较低（P＜0.05）。实验组并发症发生率为6.90%，参考组并发症发生率为34.48%，并发症发生率中实验组较低（P＜0.05）。结论 腹股沟疝患者行腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术治疗效果确切，能够减少术中出血量，缩短手术时间、术后恢复时间及住院时间，且疼痛较轻，同时该术式的安全性较高。由此可见此种治疗方法具有重要的价值。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of tension-free hernia repair in the preperitoneal space in patients with inguinal hernia.
Methods: 58 patients with inguinal hernia from February 2020 to February 2021 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 29 patients received routine operation (mesh plug tension-free hernioplasty) as the reference group; 29 cases of tension free hernia repair in the pre peritoneal space were treated as the experimental group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.
Results: The operation index and hospitalization time of the experimental group were better (P<0.05). The pain score in the experimental group was lower (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.90%, while that in the reference group was 34.48%. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Tension free hernioplasty in the preperitoneal space is effective for inguinal hernia patients. It can reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation, shorten the operation time, postoperative recovery time and hospital stay, and has less pain. At the same time, it is safe. This shows that this treatment method has important value.
