Analysis of curative effect of different endoscopic sinus surgery for nasal inverted papilloma
不同鼻内镜术式治疗鼻内翻性乳头状瘤疗效分析

摘要

目的 观察在对鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者治疗时按照不同鼻内镜手术进行治疗的效果。方法 按照对比手术治疗的形式开展探究，纳入2016年2月至2020年5月收治鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者66例为样本，双盲法均分对照组（33例，鼻内镜下联合柯-陆手术）和观察组（33例，鼻内镜联合泪前隐窝入路手术）。分析手术效果。结果 对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间，无差异，P>0.05。对比两组患者不同分期术后2年复发情况，观察组复发率低于对照组，P<0.05。分析两组患者术后并发症情况，观察组低于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对鼻内翻性乳头状瘤患者进行手术治疗过程中，鼻内镜联合泪前隐窝入路手术、鼻内镜下联合柯-陆手术在术后出血量、手术时间方面均具备有相似治疗效果，复发率以及并发症情况鼻内镜联合泪前隐窝入路手术存在优势，可以作为首选手术方案。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of different endoscopic surgery on patients with nasal inverted papilloma.
Methods According to the form of comparative surgical treatment, 66 patients with nasal inverted papilloma who were treated from February 2016 to May 2020 were included as the sample, and were equally divided into the control group (33 cases, endoscopic surgery combined with Ke Lu surgery) and the observation group (33 cases, endoscopic surgery combined with anterior lacrimal recess approach) by double blind method. Analyze the surgical effect.
Results There was no difference between the two groups in terms of operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay (P>0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After analyzing the postoperative complications of the two groups, the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   During the surgical treatment of patients with nasal inverted papilloma, endoscopic surgery combined with anterior lacrimal recess approach and endoscopic surgery combined with Ke Lu surgery have similar therapeutic effects in terms of postoperative blood loss and operation time. The recurrence rate and complications of endoscopic surgery combined with anterior lacrimal recess approach have advantages, which can be the first choice for surgery.
