Clinical effect of pregabalin and intradermal injection on acute herpes zoster pain and postherpetic neuralgia
普瑞巴林与皮内注射治疗急性带状疱疹性疼痛与带状疱疹后神经痛的临床效果

摘要

目的 研究普瑞巴林与皮内注射治疗急性带状疱疹性疼痛与带状疱疹后神经痛的临床效果。方法 本次在我院2021年10月至2022年10月收治的急性带状疱疹性疼痛与带状疱疹后神经痛患者中随机抽取了48例，并将患者采用抽签的方式随机划分为对照组和观察，对照组患者采用皮内注射治疗的方式，观察组采用普瑞巴林与皮内注射联合治疗的方式。对比两组患者在治疗一定时间后，疼痛情况、睡眠情况以及止痛时间。结果 治疗后观察者患者的疼痛评分以及睡眠评分明显低于对照组，同时观察组患者在疼痛减轻及疼痛基本消失所花费时长上显著低于对照组患者，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对于表现为急性带状疱疹性疼痛或者是临床上确定为有带状疱疹后神经痛的相关患者治疗中，采用普瑞巴林与皮内注射联合治疗，对于降低患者的疼痛感，提高患者的睡眠质量具有积极效果，同时患者止痛花费时间更低。

Abstract

Objective: To study the clinical effect of pregabalin and intradermal injection on acute herpes zoster pain and postherpetic neuralgia.
Methods: 48 patients with acute herpes zoster pain and postherpetic neuralgia were randomly selected from October 2021 to October 2022 in our hospital, and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots. The patients in the control group were treated by intradermal injection, and the patients in the observation group were treated by combination of pregabalin and intradermal injection. After a certain period of treatment, the pain, sleep and pain relief time of the two groups were compared.
Results: After treatment, the pain score and sleep score of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. At the same time, the duration of pain relief and pain disappearance of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the patients in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : In the treatment of patients with acute herpes zoster pain or clinically confirmed post herpetic neuralgia, the combination of pregabalin and intradermal injection has a positive effect on reducing the pain feeling of patients, improving the sleep quality of patients, and the pain relief time of patients is lower.
