气机理论是中医学的重要理论，气机升降是气机理论的重要内容，现大部分医家谈及脏腑气机则多详于五脏而略于六腑。本文从脏腑相合、升降相因、经络、六腑生理、病理等方面探讨了六腑气机升降理论。
The theory of qi mechanism is an important theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and the rise and fall of qi mechanism is an important part of the theory of qi mechanism. Now most doctors talk about the qi mechanism of zang fu organs, which is more detailed in the five zang organs than in the six fu organs. This paper discusses the theory of the ascending and descending of the Qi mechanism of the six fu organs from the aspects of the combination of the zang and fu organs, the causes of ascending and descending, the meridians, the physiology and pathology of the six fu organs.
