Analysis of the influence of midwifery nursing on the delivery outcome of elderly parturients
助产护理干预对高龄产妇分娩结局的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析助产护理对高龄产妇分娩结局的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年10月期间于我院进行分娩的高龄产妇，共计100例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=50）和观察组（n=50）。对照组产妇接受常规护理，观察组产妇给予助产护理，对比两组产妇分分娩方式以及各产程所用时间、SAS、SDS评分、不良结局发生率。结果 观察组产妇阴道分娩率70.00%高于对照组50.00%（P＜0.05）；剖宫产率30.00%低于对照组50.00%（P＜0.05）；观察组产妇各产程时间低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组产妇不良结局发生率10.00%低于对照组26.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 对高龄产妇实施助产护理可以显著降低分娩风险，缓解产妇负面情绪，减少不良结局的发生，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the influence of midwifery nursing on the delivery outcome of elderly parturients.
Methods 100 elderly parturients who gave birth in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the control group (n=50) and the observation group (n=50) according to the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received midwifery nursing. The delivery modes, the time spent in each labor process, SAS, SDS scores and the incidence of adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups.
Results The natural delivery rate in the observation group was70.00% higher than that in the control group (50.00%，P＜0.05). The cesarean section rate was 30.00% lower than that of the control group (50.00%，P＜0.05). The time of each labor process in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse maternal outcomes in the observation group was 14.00% lower than that in the control group (32.00%,P＜0.05).
Conclusion   Midwifery nursing for elderly parturient can significantly reduce the risk of delivery, alleviate the negative emotions of parturient and reduce the occurrence of adverse outcomes, which is worthy of clinical application.
