Application of health management in physical examination center in patients with type 2 diabetes
体检中心健康管理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨体检中心健康管理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果与使用价值。方法 选取我院收治的56例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（28例，使用常规体检管理）与观察组（28例，使用体检中心健康管理）。对两组的管理效果进行对比分析。结果 两组在进行管理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用体检中心健康管理后，其血糖指标、疾病认知水平、生活质量评分均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对2型糖尿病患者采取体检中心健康管理，可有效控制其血糖指标，提升其疾病认知水平，提高其生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect and value of health management in physical examination center in patients with type 2 diabetes.
Methods 56 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group (28 cases, using the routine physical examination management) and the observation group (28 cases, using the health management of the physical examination center). The management effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results Both groups achieved certain results after management, but the observation group was better than the control group in terms of blood glucose index, disease cognition level and quality of life after health management in the physical examination center (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Health management in physical examination center for patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively control their blood glucose indicators, improve their disease awareness and improve their quality of life.
