目标教学法与翻转课堂联合应用于传染病学教学工作中的效果评价

摘要

目的 评价分析目标教学法与翻转课堂联合应用于传染病学教学工作中的效果。方法 回顾性分析2020年9月至2022年6月期间传染病学教学工作,分别于2020年9月至2021年6月(对照阶段)、2021年9月至2022年6月(研究阶段)两个阶段选择一个班级学生作为研究目标,其中对照阶段的班级开展传染病学常规教学,共30名学生,纳入对照组,研究阶段的班级开展目标教学法与翻转课堂联合教学,共30名学生,纳入研究组。传染病学课程结束后,就两组学生传染病学考试成绩、传染病学教学质量进行评定对比。结果 研究组学生传染病学相关理论考试、典型病例分析考试与临床技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生培养临床思维、提升学习兴趣、掌握理论知识、实践应用四个方面的传染病学教学质量评分均高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 目标教学法与翻转课堂联合应用于传染病学教学工作中在提升考试成绩与教学质量方面的效果突出。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate and analyze the combined application of target teaching method and flipped classroom in the teaching of infectious diseases.
Methods: The teaching work of infectious diseases from September 2020 to June 2022 was retrospectively analyzed, and one class of students was selected as the research target from September 2020 to June 2021 (control stage) and from September 2021 to June 2022 (research stage) respectively. The class in the control stage carried out routine teaching of infectious diseases.A total of 30 students were included in the control group. The class at the research stage carried out the combined teaching of target teaching method and flipped classroom. A total of 30 students were included in the research group.After the course of infectious diseases, the test scores and teaching quality of infectious diseases were evaluated and compared between the two groups.
Results: The scores of infectious diseases related theory examination, typical case analysis examination and clinical skill examination in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The teaching quality scores of infectious diseases in the study group were higher than those in the control group in the aspects of clinical thinking cultivation, learning interest enhancement, theoretical knowledge mastery and practical application, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : The combined application of target teaching method and flipped classroom in the teaching of infectious diseases has an outstanding effect in improving the test scores and teaching quality.
