肿瘤放疗科带教中开展PBL结合微视频教学法的应用评价

摘要

目的 评价分析肿瘤放疗科带教中开展以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)结合微视频教学法的应用价值。方法 选择2020年7月至2022年6月期间于我院肿瘤放疗科实习的100名医学生为研究对象,其中2020年7月至2021年6月期间的50名医学生纳入对照组,开展肿瘤放疗科常规带教,2021年7月至2022年6月期间的50例医学生纳入研究组,开展PBL结合微视频教学法带教,两组医学生肿瘤放疗科带教效果、肿瘤放疗科学习收益、肿瘤放疗科带教满意度等进行评定对比。结果 研究组医学生离科前理论考试成绩、临床实践应用考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组医学生团队协作、临床思维、沟通交流、学习兴趣、自主学习等方面的学习收益评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组医学生肿瘤放疗科带教总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL结合微视频教学法应用于肿瘤放疗科带教中,能够有效提升带教效果与带教满意度,同时提升医学生于肿瘤放疗科的学习收益,应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate and analyze the application value of PBL combined with micro-video teaching method in oncology radiotherapy teaching.
Methods:100 medical students who practiced in the Department of tumor radiotherapy of our hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects, among which 50 medical students from July 2020 to June 2021 were included in the control group and received routine teaching in the department of tumor radiotherapy, and 50 medical students from July 2021 to June 2022 were included in the research group.PBL combined with micro-video teaching method was carried out to evaluate and compare the effects of tumor radiotherapy teaching, the learning benefits of tumor radiotherapy, and the satisfaction of tumor radiotherapy teaching of the two groups of medical students.
Results: The scores of medical students in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The learning benefit scores of medical students in the study group were higher than those in the control group in teamwork, clinical thinking, communication, learning interest and independent learning, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The total satisfaction of medical students in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of PBL combined with micro-video teaching method in the teaching of tumor radiotherapy department can effectively improve the teaching effect and teaching satisfaction, and improve the learning benefits of medical students in the department of tumor radiotherapy, with high application value.
