目的 探究青光眼患者接受心理护理干预的效果。方法 自2021年6月起，截止2022年8月，共有380名青光眼患者在我院接受治疗，从中随机抽取18例作为研究对象，分成常规护理对照组及心理护理观察组，对比两组患者的护理前后焦虑评分、抑郁评分。结果 接受护理后，两组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分均出现下降，但心理护理观察组患者下降趋势更为明显，两组数据对比具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：青光眼患者接受心理护理能够有效地缓解焦虑情况，帮助患者保持心理健康。
Objective to explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with glaucoma. Methods from June 2022 to August 2022,380patients with glaucoma were treated in our hospital. 18 patients were randomly selected as study subjects, the patients were divided into two groups: routine nursing control group and psychological nursing observation group. The scores of anxiety and depression before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results after receiving nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in both groups decreased, but the decline trend was more obvious in the observation group of psychological nursing, and the comparison of the two groups had statistical significance (P & Lt; 0.05) . Conclusion glaucoma patients receiving psychological care can effectively alleviate anxiety, help patients to maintain mental health.
