Observation on the effect of strengthening nursing safety management in patients with infectious diseases
加强护理安全管理在感染性疾病患者中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探究护理安全管理在感染性疾病群体中的应用效果。方法 文章研究时限定为2021年3月到2022年5月，共有研究对象60人，结合病例信息随机分组，每组30人、两组差异在于对照组沿用常规的护理管理办法，研究组在此基础上加强安全管理，综合比对两组效果。结果 研究组各项质量评分均显著高于对照组，P＜0.05；研究组管理后院内感染事件为0例，仅有1例患者投诉，不良事件和院内感染率显著低于对照组，P值＜0.05；研究组实施安全管理后，患者对护理人员各方面的工作满意程度更高，P值＜0.05。结论 加强对临床护理工作的安全管理，可以有效控制院内感染疾病发生率，全面提高护理质量，保证患者治疗安全。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of nursing safety management in infectious diseases.
Methods: The study was limited to March 2021 to May 2022. A total of 60 subjects were randomly divided into 30 groups based on case information. The difference between the two groups was that the control group followed the conventional nursing management methods. On this basis, the study group strengthened safety management and comprehensively compared the effects of the two groups.
Results: The quality scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); In the study group, there were no hospital infection events and only one patient complained. The adverse events and hospital infection rate were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); After the safety management was implemented in the study group, the patients were more satisfied with all aspects of the work of the nursing staff, P<0.05.
Conclusion  : Strengthening the safety management of clinical nursing can effectively control the incidence of nosocomial infection, improve the quality of nursing, and ensure the safety of patients' treatment.
